Names whose best recorded position — inside the top 200, with at least three recorded years either side — falls between 1960 and 1969.
Restricted to names whose best position is inside the top 200 and which have at least three recorded years on each side of it. Without both, the highest point of a record is often just its first or last year — the edge of the available data rather than anything the data shows. Where a name held its best position in more than one year, the earliest is used.
